The hotel was lovely and clean, food was lovely, the hotel only had 2 floors so there was no lift but we requested a ground floor, staff were all really nice and friendly. The hotel rooms are difficult for wheelchairs to get around as ours was a bit of a funny shape. I couldn't get in the bathroom in my wheelchair as the doorway was too small and the bedrrom door is not much bigger but you could just squeeze in. The grounds of the hotel were nice and quite wheelchair friendly as was the resort of Costa Teguise but you would need help getting around. The entertainment in the hotel wasn't very good but it was about the best I have seen abroad. I really wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are totally dependent on a wheelchair but if you can walk a little bit it's great!
